1. Order Cancellation:- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at
help@herbalbheemalshampoo.com.– After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.

2. Refunds:- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.- Replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.
